Cancer Group Lightens Load

Sandy Quinn is an Oncology Family Therapist at Spokane Oncology and Hematology. She facilitates a total of four, free cancer support groups each week. Two of these groups are for women who have had a diagnosis of breast cancer.

For the past two years, the breast cancer groups have participated in the Relay of Life fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society.

This year, the Bosom Buddies team raised over $3,400 for the American Cancer Society.
