Gonzaga Crews Top Wcc Meet Three Bulldogs Pull Down All-League Honors

Women’s crew teams from Gonzaga University swept all three classes Sunday in the inaugural West Coast Conference Championships at Lake Nacoma.

Gonzaga’s Julie Hulst, Kristine Holzer, Anita Kotik gained all-conference status after helping row the Bulldogs to victory in Varsity Eights and Varsity Fours. GU also won the Novice Eights.

Susie Lueck of Gonzaga and University of San Diego’s Leeanne Crain were named co-coaches of the year.
