At 5 p.m. commissioners will discuss spending $480,000 to upgrade 911 systems in the city and county. They will also consider creating RIDs on Hoerner Avenue; Collins Road; Olive Avenue; Cataldo, Springfield avenues and Van Marter Road; and Tallman Road.
