Lighting The Way To Christmas

Our thanks to readers who called in to let us know where the best outdoor holiday decorations can be seen. Thanks to more calls, the following is an expanded list of Idaho locations from the one that was published last Friday in IN Life:

Making Waves Beauty Salon, 16805 E. Lime Kiln Road, Bayview, Idaho: red and white lights, Santa on the roof.

6872 N. 15th, Dalton Gardens: snowmen, lights, garlands, trees.

Captain’s Wheel Resort, Bayview: Santa and his sleigh heading over toward the lake, spilling packages from his sleigh.

Robin Lane off Perimeter Drive, Bayview: Mickey Mouse, Christmas House.

Sixth and Corbin, Bayview: Star of Bethlehem.

Fifth and Spruce, Bayview: Mr. and Mrs. Claus looking over manger display.

The Coeur d’Alene Resort: world’s largest floating holiday light show. There will be nightly cruises available.

South View Mobile Home Park, 4465 N. Cloverleaf, Post Falls: elaborate display at the entrance.

5506 Pinta Court, Coeur d’Alene.

2440 E. Grandview Drive: (and surrounding homes) North Pole display with elves workshop. Santa will give out candy canes during Christmas week.

1701 W. Prairie: house and full yard display.

Pine Hill Drive, off Thomas Lane in Coeur d’Alene: Several neighborhoods have themed lighting displays featuring candy canes, stars and nativity scenes.

1545 S. Highway 41, Rathdrum:

216 Bruce Drive, Fernan Lake Village: looks nice in the daytime, but spectacular when it’s lit up after dark.

Isabel Lane, Kingston Idaho: dinosaurs, Looney Tunes, Disney characters. “An outstanding job.”
