Sparks Hand Rockers Third Straight Defeat

Lisa Leslie scored 19 points and the visiting Los Angeles Sparks held off a late rally to beat Cleveland 74-62 Thursday night, the Rockers’ third straight WNBA loss.

Cleveland (1-4) was led by Janice Braxton’s 15 points.

Leslie had a team-high seven rebounds and Jamila Wideman added 16 points for Los Angeles (3-3).
