Credit Union Hit By Robbery

Police are searching for a man who robbed a North Spokane credit union Saturday afternoon.

The robber, described as a white male in his late 20s, walked into the Spokane Railway Credit Union, 303 E. Lyons, about 2 p.m. He threatened a teller with a handgun and left on foot with an unspecified amount of cash.

He was seen heading north then west from the building.

Witnesses say the man was at least 6 feet tall with a medium build.

He was wearing a blue baseball cap and blue overalls. , DataTimes
