Man Sentenced On Firearm Charge

A Seattle man has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for illegal possession of firearms, U.S. Attorney Kate Pflaumer said Friday.

Among the items seized from Earl Valrey were 16 grenades, officials said.

Valrey, 26, was arrested last June by police in Sultan. He pleaded guilty Jan. 9 to possession of an unregistered firearm.
