Bowe Says Sister Assaulted Him

Former heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe has filed a police report alleging that his sister assaulted him, according to a television report.

WUSA-TV, citing unidentified sources, said Bowe and his sister sustained split lips in what apparently was a domestic dispute. The station identified the sister as Velma Melton. It did not say when the incident took place.
