Nisqually Indians Open New Casino

The Nisqually Indians have become the 12th tribe in Washington to offer Las Vegas-style gambling.

The Nisquallys’ new casino - in a former bingo hall two miles west of here - opened Friday night. The Nisqually casino will offer 200 jobs, one-quarter of which will go to tribal members.
