Hitch Your Wagon To A High-Tech Star

Most women believe that technology is the ticket to their advancement in the job market, according to a survey commissioned by Avon Products Inc.

The survey of 400 working women found that 80 percent believe that being proficient with computers, the Internet and other high-tech tools will be their entree into fields that traditionally have been dominated by men.

Three-quarters of the respondents say their ability to use technology helped them move up in their jobs recently. And 73 percent said that without technology, they wouldn’t have been able to achieve their professional goals.
