In the ninth, Spokane Charlie has been off seven weeks, but Fred Hepton’s horses seldom need a race, and Mantis, taking a big class drop, has run his best races this year on muddy tracks… . In the finale, Regals’s Precious comes off a big win while Georgia Echo had big trouble when she was a beaten favorite with similar on Oct 20.
