Man Who Fled Back On Secret Witness List

A man wanted for burglary and escape is this week’s Secret Witness.

Fred William Nolan Jr. has 28 convictions for burglary, theft, possession of stolen property and criminal trespassing.

He’s 27 with brown hair and eyes. He’s 5-foot-8 and weighs 140 pounds.

Nolan is a suspect in a series of business burglaries all over Spokane. He escaped from a police interrogation room last week.
