Coeur d’Alene police

Michael George reported Monday the $805 theft of compact discs, cash, backpack and miscellaneous items and an undetermined amount of damage to his 2004 Mazda RX-8 when it was recovered in the Fernan area after being stolen from a home at the intersection of 20th St. and Mullan Ave.

Charles Hawley reported Tuesday the $3,100 theft of an Apple G4 laptop computer and a CD player from his 1984 Volvo parked in an alley at Sixth St. and Harrison Ave.

Shawn Collett reported Tuesday the $400 theft of a CD player and $750 damage to the ignition of a 1986 Honda Accord parked on the 1400 block of Young Ave.

Gary Miller, employee of Dale’s used Cars, reported Monday the $300 theft of a CD player, electronic visors, and $50 damage to a window of a 1997 Chrysler Cirrus parked at the business at 1818 N. Fourth St.

Kootenai County sheriff

Raymond Wrobel, Hayden, reported Tuesday the $700 theft of a CD player, tire chains and a handgun, and $500 damage to a window guard, floorboard trim and dashboard of his 1989 GMC pickup parked on the 11300 block of N. Government Way.
