Randy Thomas has been promoted to senior vice president of sales at North Coast Life Insurance Company. He has been with the company since 1981 and previously worked as the regional vice president of sales in the Pacific Northwest.

Brian Read has been promoted to senior vice president of Sterling Savings Bank. He has been with the bank since 2004 and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington.

Spokane Teachers Credit Union has promoted Tracy Malley to manager of the south branch. Malley has been with the credit union for seven years.
