HollisterStier Laboratories has hired Robert Hart as a senior scientist in method transfer and validation. He previously worked at Abbott Laboratories in Abbott Park, Ill., and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Northern Illinois University.

Dr. Jeremy Waters has joined Family Health Center in Sandpoint. He offers endoscopy, colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy and is a graduate of Saint Louis University.

Numerica Credit Union has hired Jeanette Radmer as a business development officer. She holds bachelor’s degrees in recreation/leisure management and business administration from Eastern Washington University and previously worked at Washington State Employees Credit Union.

Blue Water Technologies in Hayden has hired Scott Thurgood as a mechanical engineer. He previously worked at Linux Networx in Bluffdale, Utah ,and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Idaho.

Nicole Stewart has been hired as director of communications and marketing at Inland Northwest Health Services. She previously worked at the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Washington Trust Bank has promoted Jennifer Schultz to retail banking officer, service manager for the bank’s Valley Financial Center.

She has worked at the bank for five years.

Greg Husted has been promoted to vice president of Sterling Savings Bank. He has worked at the bank since 2005 and holds a master’s degree from Gonzaga University.

AmericanWest Bank has promoted Michelle Prosser to financial center manager.

She has worked at the bank since 2005 and is at the bank’s Mt. Spokane Financial Center.

Lisa Dowers has been promoted to regional vice president of Rainier Properties in Spokane. She is a licensed real estate broker and has over 17 years of property management and tenant/landlord representation experience.
