Work will hamper Highway 200 flow

The Idaho Transportation Department is paving Highway 200 in Ponderay this weekend, which will cause traffic restrictions through Monday.

Highway 200 will be limited to one-way traffic from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Wayside Corner as crews pave the eastbound lanes. Expect delays.

Also, Kootenai Cutoff Road will be closed to traffic Monday at the Union Pacific Railroad crossing, as will Highway 200 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. for paving of the westbound lanes.

Kootenai Cutoff Road businesses can be accessed from Highway 95.
