Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Larry D. Best – Rathdrum, lewd conduct w/minor (three counts), $150,000 bond.

Sean R. Hanich – 21, Rathdrum, parole violation/aggravated battery, $50,000 bond.

Janetta A. Maland – 29, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, providing false information to law enforcement, driving while suspended, $41,000 bond.

Dennis D. Randles – 38, Rathdrum, failure to register as a sex offender, $35,000 bond.

Larry W. Talley – 18, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Steven A. Alexander – 36, Rathdrum, failure to appear/obstructing officers, spitting on sidewalk, $5,000 bond.

Christifer M. Andreassen – 23, Rathdrum, failure to appear/theft of services (two counts), four days in jail.

Ronald M. Curry – 26, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Harold R. Gilcrist – 44, Rathdrum, driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Samuel P. Hampsch – 19, Rathdrum, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), $30,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

Jaime L. Kissler – 35, Rathdrum, failure to appear/inattentive driving, five days in jail.

Darren L. Lance – 27, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Earl W. Landrum – 46, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, one day in jail.

Robert R. Miller – 43, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.

Mathew C. Morgan – 23, Rathdrum, failure to appear/petty theft, driving while suspended (two counts), possession of paraphernalia, $3,000 bond.

Robert E. Nesbitt – 30, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond, four days in jail.

Todd A. Russell – 35, Rathdrum, failure to appear/dog injuring domestic animal, telephone harassment (two counts), $6,000 bond.

Belinda R. Swords – 51, Rathdrum, driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.
