The Liberty Lake police reports from July 17 through July 22, included the following:

Speeders in the 21000 block of Mission Avenue paid the price last week, with seven tickets issued. Those citations, combined with stops for not having license plates, not wearing seatbelts, and driving without a license, made Mission the most likely place to get a ticket.

There was one drug-related citation. Mark William Wells, 19, Veradale, was arrested Saturday near the intersection of Country Vista and Legacy Ridge drives on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

Scott Laine Rogers, 46, Liberty Lake, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and striking another vehicle without notifying the vehicle’s owner before leaving the scene, both misdemeanors.

Ryan D. Sams, 19, Greenacres, was cited Saturday near the corner of Legacy Ridge and Country Vista drives on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Robin Louise Vaughn, 38, Spokane, was cited July 17 for allegedly driving with an invalidated license near the intersection of Appleway Avenue and Molter Road..

Bryce Kelly McGrotha, 23, Liberty Lake, was arrested July 18 on a warrant.

Dennis Michael Blessing, 34, Spokane Valley, was cited July 18 for allegedly driving with an invalidated license near the intersection of Appleway Avenue and Samantha Road.
