Richard Taylor reported Monday the $4,127 theft of a chain saw, DVD movies, nail gun, paint sprayer, speakers, cash and Delta planer from his home on the 3600 block of N. Estate Drive.

Kootenai County sheriff

Kent Wilson, Hayden, reported Tuesday the $420 theft of a stereo faceplate and compact discs from his 2006 Ford F250 pickup parked at his home on the 2300 block of Broadmoore Drive.

Karen Fischer, a Realtor at Coldwell Banker, reported Monday the $800 theft of a vinyl business sign from a construction site on the 6000 block of N. Government Way.

Aaron Silk, employee of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, reported Tuesday $300 damage to a window of a 1994 Chevrolet pickup parked on railroad property at 11787 W. Burlington Road near Rathdrum.
