For the week of May 14-18

Monday – Baked potato with broccoli and cheese, Caesar salad with chicken, French bread, blushing pears. Tuesday – Fish patty with tartar sauce, vegetables, corn, bun, pineapple upside down cake. Wednesday – Italian-style veal with ziti, vegetables, brussels sprouts, garlic breadstick, peaches. Thursday – Chef salad with turkey and cheese, vegetable/pasta salad, Mandarin oranges, dinner roll, lemon bar. Friday – Beef tips with peppers over almond rice, vegetables, sliced yellow summer squash, wheat bread, apricots.
