Shorten showers and save 150 gallons a month.

Use a nozzle when washing your car and save 100 gallons.

Sweep your driveway instead of washing it.

Don’t use your toilet as a wastebasket.

Turn off water when brushing your teeth, shaving, doing dishes, etc.

Use organic fertilizers and make compost.

Take hazardous chemicals to a waste treatment facility.

Wash your car in the grass instead of in the driveway.

When your car leaks oil or gas, get it fixed quickly.

Pull weeds instead of spraying them.
