Picture Perfect is a weekly scrapbook of the people and events that make your life in Spokane Valley special. We’ll publish your slice-of-life photographs for free. Just send them in via e-mail or put them in an envelope and deliver them the old-fashioned way. If you mail photographs please print caption information and provide a phone number in case we have questions. Include a couple of sentences about the photo. All photographs will be returned.
