Public invited to view Lilac Festival float

The Spokane Lilac Festival Association invites the public to view this year’s float Saturday, from 10 a.m. to noon at 901 E. Pacific Ave. and take a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into building a float for the Spokane Lilac Festival Armed Forces Torchlight Parade.

This year’s parade will be on May 17.
