Winter games set for Feb. 9-10

Winter Games of Idaho Big Air Ski and Snowboard Contest will be Feb. 9-10 at Lookout Pass Ski Area. The date was incorrect in Friday’s 7 section.

Film festival party tickets available

Tickets remain available to the opening-night party of the 2008 Spokane International Film Festival on Thursday. A story in Friday’s 7 section was incorrect.

Memorial service will start at 2 p.m.

A memorial service for Sgt. James Craig, of Spokane, who was killed in Mosul, Iraq, will begin at 2 p.m. Feb. 9 at Fourth Memorial Church, 2000 N. Standard St. in Spokane. The wrong time was reported Friday.

Name on dean’s list incorrect

Because of incorrect information provided to the newspaper, Jennifer McGlothen’s name was incorrect in the EWU dean’s list published in Friday’s Today section.

The Spokane Chiefs home game against Kootenay is tonight. A photo caption in Friday’s 7 section listed the wrong day.

Because of a correspondent’s error, Robert Karr’s name was misspelled in a story in Friday’s Today section.

General hasn’t committed to parade

Gen. Arthur Lichte has been invited to be part of the Spokane Lilac Festival Armed Forces Torchlight Parade but hasn’t confirmed his participation. Because of incorrect information provided the newspaper, a story Friday was wrong.
