Idaho All-State rosters set

The rosters have been set for the 2008 Idaho State High School All-Star Basketball Games.

The fifth annual event, which pits the top senior boys and girls from North Idaho against the top senior boys and girls from southern Idaho, is March 15 at North Idaho College.

Named to the North boys team are: Nate Clinton and Andrew Prohaska of Coeur d’Alene; Ryan Winebark of Bonners Ferry; Mike Martin of Clark Fork; Kenny Stuart and Ty Ketchum of Kellogg; Nick Fromm and Ben Carroll of Lake City; Steven Heitzman of Lewiston; Anthony Williams of Moscow; Ryan Armbruster of Sandpoint; and Levi Powers of Timberlake. Darrick Holmquist of Wallace and A.J. Bennett of Bonners Ferry are alternates. Jim Thacker of Lake City is the coach.

Named to the North girls team are: Ali Johnson and Deanna Dotts of Coeur d’Alene; Jordan Udy of Genesee; Morgan VanderEsch of Grangeville; Jacie Estes of Lake City; Jenny McVeigh, Kandice McArthur and C.J. Schmidt of Post Falls; Lacy Hopkins of Priest River; Autumn Greene of Lewiston; Marisa Bush of Kellogg; and Hannah Nyrop of Kootenai. Fawn Story of Mullan and Amanda Krier of LC are alternates. Steve Bourgard of Kellogg is the coach.
