Comics page error

Because of a production error, the comics page that was supposed to run on Jan. 19 ran on Saturday. We will publish the Jan. 12 comics this coming Saturday, and will rerun the Jan. 19 comics in which the storylines were impacted.

Wells added pressure

The Coeur d’Alene City Water Department turned on three additional wells to increase water pressure for firefighters during a Sunday night blaze. Monday’s paper incorrectly reported that the wells were turned on because the fire department was running out of water.
