Down with coalition; up with expansion

Why limit the enhancement of Mount Spokane’s ski area? Skiing is one of Spokane’s favorite winter pastimes, and our local mountain is easily accessible and affordable. Yet, the Mount Spokane Coalition is fighting future growth required for the local mountain to compete with other regional ski areas that have become destination resorts.

I recommend “down” with the negative coalition that handcuffs progress, and “up” with the past-due expansion of the local ski area that brightens our long winter months and provides generations of family fun.
