Firefighters respond to South Hill market

Spokane Fire fighters chop their way into a second-story office atop the kitchen at the Rocket Market at 43rd and Hatch during a fire the broke out about noon today.

Emergency crews quickly contained a fire at the South Hill Rocket Market, 726 E 43rd Ave, on Saturday. A fire official on scene said the blaze started in a small office above the market’s kitchen.
