Convenience store robbed at knifepoint

A man with a knife robbed a downtown Spokane convenience store this afternoon.

The robber threatened a clerk at Divine’s food mart and gas station at 2nd and Walnut and left with an undisclosed amount of money about 4:15 p.m.

Spokane police are investigating.
