Woman misidentified in Dorothy Dean article
A woman in Wednesday’s Food section was misidentified in a photo due to a designer’s error. The woman identified as Rayleen Merman Beaton was actually her assistant, Catherine Hansmeier. Beaton, who served as head of the Dorothy Dean department starting in 1957, is however pictured to the far right in a larger photo at the top of page C1.
