Castlegar shuts out Braves

CASTLEGAR, British Columbia – The Spokane Braves had no answer for Castlegar in a 6-0 loss Tuesday in KIJHL play.

The Rebels held a 1-0 lead after the first period, then scored three times in the second period to take a 4-0 advantage.

Anthony Delong scored twice for Castlegar (21-8-1), which outshot Spokane (12-17-1) 35-21.
