Fairfield City Council – A representative from the tree board presented the council with a proposal for work to be done in the cemetery and Hart Park. The council discussed a special Memorial Day ceremony being planned for this year. They also discussed plans to hold a public hearing on Feb. 15 on a proposed utility tax.
