New Faces

Dr. Randall Espinosa has been hired by Rockwood Clinic PS as an orthopedic surgeon. A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, he completed his internship and residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center and a fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Steve Maasch has been hired as senior director of human resources for Avista. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Montana State University and has 17 years of human resources experience. He previously served as vice president of human resources for InfrastruX Group/UtilX Corp.

Rob Hartman has been named partner at Lee and Hayes PLLC. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Gonzaga University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. The firm also named Terry Kelly a partner. He has more than 25 years experience in practicing corporate and tax law in Spokane and previously was a partner with Lukins and Annis. He holds a degree in accounting from Washington State University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Master of Laws degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Jennifer Rumpeltes has been hired as an account executive for Hill and Knowlton’s Spokane office. She previously worked for Wheatland Bank as a marketing coordinator. She has five years of marketing and advertising industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Washington.

Mark Laskowski has been hired as sales manager for Standard Digital Print Co.’s downtown Spokane office. He previously worked for Associated Builders and Contractors in Spokane Valley as membership director and has more than 20 years of sales and business development experience.

The Pullman Chamber of Commerce has hired Vicki Leeper as director of tourism and special events. She previously worked in tourism and event production in Lynden, Wash., and has more than nine years of related experience.

Providence Stroke and TIA Center has hired Dr. Cristina Matei in the practice of neurology. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Romania, completed her internship at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens and completed her residency and fellowship at Upstate Medical University.

EcoAnalysts Inc. in Moscow has hired Candace Lowe as marketing coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Idaho and has three years of related experience.

Surgical Specialists of Spokane has hired Dr. Kimberly Hartnett in the practice of colon and rectal surgery. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, completed her internship and residency at Main Medical Center and completed a fellowship at Penn State University.

Promotions

D.A. Davidson and Co. promoted Matthew Lusk to associate vice president/financial consultant. He has been with the company since 2005.

Peter Martinelli has been promoted by BehlerMick PS to senior managing principal.

New Position

Petra Wilkinson has been named branch manager for Numerica Credit Union’s Coeur d’Alene branch. She has been with the company since 2001.
