Police blotter

Coeur d’Alene police

George Butterfield reported Thursday the $500 theft of a bicycle from his home on the 2900 block of North Fifth Street.

Shelley Spencer, Spokane Valley, reported Saturday the $900 theft of a purse containing cash, reading glasses and credit cards and $400 damage to a window of her 2009 Jeep Wrangler parked at Hampton Inn, 1805 W. Tilford Lane.

Kootenai County sheriff

Richard Webb, Coeur d’Alene, reported Sunday the $4,695 theft of tools from his home on the 4900 block of West Presley Road.

Dennis Hicks, Worley, reported Thursday the $46,020 theft of gemstones, cash and two rifles with scopes from his home on the 22000 block of South Coyote Trail.

Michael Rice, owner of Performance Associates, reported Saturday the $1,000 theft of a door from a 2002 Dodge Durango parked at the business at 6711 E. Seltice Way.
