Girl Scouts’ Camp Four Echoes gets new director

The Girl Scouts recently hired Jayn Courchaine as the seasonal camp director at Camp Four Echoes on Lake Coeur d’Alene.

According to a press release from the Girl Scouts, Courchaine is an experienced leader and trainer, youth mentor and local philanthropist. She has been involved in Girl Scouting since high school and earned the highest award, the Girl Scouts First Class, now the Girl Scout Gold Award.

Since then, she has served as a parent/leader for both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. She has an ability to build teams and cooperation, along with practical and outdoor skills.
