Whitworth drops softball doubleheader against Corban College
Corban College swept Whitworth 13-11 in eight innings and 13-1 in five in nonconference women’s softball Tuesday at TRAC Field in Pasco.
The Warriors of Salem, Ore., improved to 7-7.
Whitworth is 2-10 and will take a six-game losing streak into this weekend’s Northwest Conference doubleheaders in Tacoma against Puget Sound.

The Spokane Shock added quarterback Bill Stull and offensive lineman Emmanuel Lockett to their roster.
The team also placed defensive lineman Terence Moore on reassignment and traded wide receiver Charles Dillon to the Chicago Rush for claim order position.
