Therapist has license
Spokane physical therapist Patrick Schmidt surrendered his provider number with the Washington state Department of Labor and Industries as part of a plea agreement to settle a criminal fraudulent-billing prosecution. He is still licensed to practice physical therapy. The information was incorrect in a story Thursday.
