STEELE, Eric Robert

Of Rathdrum, Idaho, died April 19, 2012.
Eric was born July 16, 1948 in Spokane, Washington to Bob and Val Steele.
He grew up and raised his own family in the Coeur d’Alene area.
Though Eric worked for A-L Compressed Gases, his real focus was teaching Bible truths to others.
As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Eric had full confidence in the resurrection to an earthly paradise and demonstrated that confidence even during his illness.
His interests included family, scuba diving, and enjoying God’s creations such as squirrels, humming birds, and the feel of the fresh ocean breeze.
Eric is survived by his wife of 43 years, Joanne; two daughters, Jeanna Everhart and Amy Davis both of Rathdrum, Idaho; his sisters, Linda Jusza-Schaff of Clarkston, Washington , “the twins”, Jeanine Ball, and Jarine Kohler both of Spokane, Washington; his five precious grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2012, 7:00 p.m. at North Idaho College Schuler Auditorium.
