• Graydon Stanley has been hired by North Idaho College as vice president for student services. Stanley previously served as dean of students for the College of Southern Idaho for 28 years. He graduated from the College of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education and a minor in history and a master’s degree in school counseling.

• Columbia Bank has hired Randy Casto as senior vice president and team leader of the company’s Spokane Private Banking department. He previously worked as a relationship manager for private banking for Washington Trust Bank and has 23 years of banking experience. He holds a degree in business administration, finance and economics from Eastern Washington University and Series 7, 6 and 63 investment and insurance licenses.
• Karol Saito received the 2012 Credit Business Association Designation of Excellence Award from the National Association of Credit Management. Saito is a credit manager at Rolled Steel Products Inc. in Spokane.

• Brent and Laura Little have opened New York Bagel Cafe and Deli, at 226 Ironwood in Coeur d’Alene. The company sells 12 kinds of bagels and nine different spreads, breakfast and deli sandwiches, coffee drinks, smoothies and more. • The Academy of General Dentistry presented Henry “Bud” Evans, DMD with a 2012 Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition Mastership for completing at least 1,600 hours of continuing dental education in 16 different dental disciplines. Evans practices dentistry in Chewelah, Wash.
• Stacy Davis has earned ASTYM certification. Davis is a physical therapist at Kootenai Health Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
• Jill Harvey has been hired to join Integrated Health Professionals’ clinical home health infusion team in Spokane Valley. She previously worked for a surgical hospital and another home infusion pharmacy serving as director of pharmacy. She holds a doctorate in pharmacy from Washington State University.

• The Golf Club at Black Rock in Coeur d’Alene has hired Eric Gruber as executive chef. Gruber is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and the Culinary Institute of America and has more than 25 years of culinary experience while working for various top luxury clubs and hotels in the U.S.
Law
• Lynn Luker received the Walter H. Bithell Professionalism Award from the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. Luker is an attorney and a certified workers’ compensation specialist. She serves as an Idaho Representative for District 15.
Nonprofit
• Girl Scouts Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho hired Lani Nachtsheim as building and services manager for Camp Four Echoes at Lake Coeur d’Alene. Nachtsheim previously worked for Camp Fire USA, Inland Northwest Council as director of Camp Dart-Lo.
Software
• Imprezzio Inc. in Spokane has hired Jamie Skogstad as client solution director. She previously worked for Esterline as business development director; senior program manager for General Dynamic’s Rugged and Semi-Rugged Notebook product development department; and senior global commodity and procurement program manager for Dell. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University and Black Belt Six Sigma certification. The company also hired Lisa Bick as a recruiting specialist. She previously worked for a life insurance brokerage company as a corporate recruiting/human resources generalist and has eight years of recruitment experience in Washington State.
