Temple Keepers Health and Habits – A biblical approach to dealing with unhealthy habits and addictions. Meets Tuesdays, 7-8:30 p.m., New Heights Open Bible Church, 4017 E. 21st Ave.; (509) 599-9080.

The Parent Project – Award winning parent intervention program helps participants become an empowered parent, reduce conflict and improve their parent child relationship. Programs are 10-12 weeks long. Held at Sacred Heart Women’s Center’s Avista Room, 101 W.
