Virginia Blount, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, is now reunited together and forever with her husband, James; and her mother and brothers.
She graduated from North Central High School.
Virginia worked for Sidney E. Smith Company to start, which turned into Spokane Valley Savings & Loan and later became Pacific First Federal; and she then retired after it became Washington Mutual.
She was married October 4, 1946 to James William Blount, Jr. She is survived by her children David and Paula Blount, Dennis and Maryann Blount and Diane and Randy Jones; grandchildren, Denise Saxby, Jason Blount, Amber Kurtzhall and Jason Kelly, Rachelle and Matthew Rowland, Joey Sorenson, and Beau and Savannah Jones; great-grandchildren Ashley and Shelby Blount, Raelee, Madison and Braeden Rowland, Brendaisy, Jadalee and Jessenna Blount.
She will be truly missed by all.
Funeral services for Virginia will be Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Pines Mausoleum, 1402 S. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA.
