Charlotte was born August 24, 1927 in Detroit, MI; passed away June 24, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, two brothers, two sisters and one infant son.

She leaves her six children, Stephen Roy, wife Diane, Keith Allan, Mark Ramon, wife Ginger, Timothy James, wife Jeri, Cynthia Mae, husband Victor, and daughter Linda Marie; 14 grandchildren, as well as several great, and great-great-grandchildren.

Her only surviving sibling is her sister Virginia Hopcraft, Greensville, KY. She leaves numerous nieces and nephews, most of who live back east.

She has many brothers and sisters in the Lord at her home church as well as other congregations she has attended or been involved with.

She has been active in her church work and considers that the most fulfilling work she could have done throughout her life.

She and her husband, Ramon (Ray/Skip) moved to Spokane in May 1973.

In 1976 she went to work for the Washington Wheat Commission.

She worked there for 13.5 years and thoroughly enjoyed her job.

After retiring in September, 1989, she and Ray started traveling all over the country covering many 1000s of miles.

This was another love of her life being able to see so much of God’s creation in our country.

She and Ray have been married 66 years.

A Visitation for Charlotte will be held from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday, June 28 at Heritage Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 29 at Heritage Chapel.
