• Time Warner Cable named employee Keeler Crawford as a national Mission and Values Performance award winner. Crawford serves as a lead customer service representative in Coeur d’Alene and has been with the company for 15 years.

Education

• The North Idaho College Board of Trustees named Joe Dunlap president of the college. Dunlap has served as president of Spokane Community College since 2008 and previously served as vice president of instruction for Spokane Community College and Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood, Wash. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Whitworth University, a master’s degree in business administration from City University and a doctorate degree in education from Oregon State University’s Community College Leadership program.

Sarah Hoverson has been promoted to commercial banking relationship manager for AmericanWest Bank in downtown Spokane. She has been with the company since 2011.
