Martin Luther King Jr. Human Rights Community Breakfast - Latah County Human Rights Task Force’s annual event featuring abreakfast, entertainment and awards. New Belgium Beer Dinner – The Lincoln Center’s Connoisseur’s Club will host its first beer dinner. Five-course beer and food pairings. First course: Beer-braised pork belly served atop braised greens with Snow Day Winter Ale. Second course: Duck Salad – fresh seasonal greens tossed with dried cherries, sliced almonds, shredded Parmesan cheese and a strawberry-rhubarb vinaigrette, topped with shredded duck breast – with Ranger IPA. Third course: Garlic and basil pesto clams in broth, finished with tomato, onion and Parmesan cheese with Lips of Faith Lost Abbey Brett Beer. Fourth course: Roasted Elk Loin Chops topped with a tomato-bacon jam and served with roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus spears with 1554 Enlightened Black Ale.
