Obituary: Mcquade, William Keith “Bill”

Age 56

McQUADE, William Keith “Bill” Born March 6, 1956 Passed away Jan. 19, 2013 Bill was born in Medford, Oregon and lived there until he moved his family to Spokane Washington in 1983.

He married his high school sweetheart, Deborah McCoy in 1975 and they were married for more than 34 years.

Bill is survived by three daughters and one son: Jamie Boyd, Spokane, Jodi Light, Portland, Oregon, Torey McQuade, Spokane and Colton McQuade, San Antonio, Texas.

He also has seven grandchildren whom he dearly loved: Rain, Alex, Kubby, Gabe, Raven, Winter and Ella.

Bill is survived by his brothers John Paudois, Spokane, Mike Paudois, Springfield, Oregon and sisters Jan Beardsley, Eugene, Oregon, Jodi Bell, Medford, Oregon, Monique Paudois, Kent, Washington and Michelle Paudois, Springfield, Oregon.

Bill was employed by Thermo King for most of his career and began his own business, Transport Refrigeration in Spokane until he retired.

He was a hard working man who understood what hard times really meant to people, often taking trade for payment from a number of locally owned businesses.

He was a remarkable cook, believed your word was only as good as your handshake, and had a laugh and smile that could light up a room.

He was most of all, a man dedicated to his beloved family.

He was a humble and simple man and will be missed by all who knew him.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Spokane CREMATION AND FUNERAL SERVICE, 12:30 PM , 2832 N. RUBY ST., SPOKANE, WASHINGTON 509-324-9375.
