Obituary: Hulten, Craig Allan

Age 43

HULTEN, Craig Allan (Age 43) Died suddenly on November 5, 2013, at his home in Redmond, WA, of natural causes.

Craig was born in Seattle, WA, on June, 18, 1970, to Al and Mary Ann Hulten.

He grew up in Olympia and Vancouver, before moving to Spokane with his parents and older sister.

He graduated from Valley Assembly School in 1988 and from Northwest University in Kirkland in 1993, with a major in Biblical Studies.

He loved working with children in the various churches he attended over the years.

He has worked in the telecommunications industry for the past 20 years, most recently at T-Mobile as a Resolutions Specialist.

Craig is survived by his father and mother, Pastor Al and Mary Ann Hulten, his sister, Lisa Barkley, his much-loved nieces and nephew, Katelynn, Chris, and Emily Barkley, by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and by a host of friends.

Our hearts are broken and we miss him greatly, but the end of the story has not yet been written; we will be together with him in heaven in a short while.

Memorial donations can be made to the Teen Challenge Spokane Men’s Center, 2400 N. Craig Rd., Spokane, WA 99224.

Memorial services will be held in his honor Sunday, November 10th at 6 p.m. at Valley Assembly, 15618 E. Broadway, Spokane Valley, and on Tuesday, November 12th, at 7 p.m. at the Neighborhood Church in Bellevue, WA.
