Obituary: Franciscovich, Frank

Age 82

FRANCISCOVICH, Frank Frank passed away on Sunday, February 9th, 2014.

He was born in Astoria, Oregon on December 5th, 1931; he graduated from Astoria High School and the University of Oregon with a BBA.

He served two years as an Artillery LT. in the Army.

On his return to the Northwest he went to work in the Wholesale Building Materials business for U.S.Plywood/Champion Int.

for 35 years at various positions in 10 cities and six states.

He returned to Spokane for his last five years of work as a General Manager of Exchange Lumber.

He retired December 31st 1995.

In his latter years he gave up duck hunting and fishing for golf.

His love of the game lead him to President of the Hangman Valley Men’s Club, Marshalling and member of the Eastern Washington Course Rating team.

He is survived by his former wife, Helen Franciscovichl his daughters, Theresa Carrao and Kathryn Lattin; his grandchildren Kelsey, AndrĂŠ and Rivkin.

There will be a Celebration of Life in the spring which will be announced at a later date.
