Obituary: Scott, Dolores “Dirty Dee”

SCOTT, Dolores “Dirty Dee” Born December 11, 1933.

Passed away suddenly and peacefully at her home on December 23, 2013.

Graduated from Rogers High School in 1951.

Survived by daughter Kathy Cheney, husband Roy of Spokane; son Richard Scott, wife Bonnie of Newman Lake; son Thomas Scott, wife Julie of Waterloo, NY.

Eight grandchildren: Josh and wife Crystal Alderman, Lisa and husband Jeff Cook, Tracy Scott, Miles Scott, Michael Scott, Mathew Scott, Dustin Cheney, Heather Cathcart.

Seven great-grand- children: Tyler, Kyle Jacob, Ava, Michael, Dominic, Ethan.

Numerous longtime friends, some for 70 years since attending Bemis Grade School.

Dolores served in the cocktail business since the 1960’s, beginning at the Matador Lounge in the Davenport Hotel and many years at the Open Net, Valley Bowl and The Pine Shed.

She was known for her great sense of humor and heart of gold.

An adult only celebration of her life will be held, January 18, 1pm at The Eagles Lodge, 6410 N Lidgerwood St. Spokane.
