Second man arrested for Deer Park murder

A second man has been arrested in the January murder of Harry “Ed” Giesbrecht in his Deer Park apartment. Anthony J. Tudor II, 23, was arrested on a charge of first-degree murder on Monday and ordered held in the Spokane County Jail on $500,000 bond during a brief court appearance Tuesday. Investigators previously arrested another man, Richard F. Klepacki, 62, only hours after the murder. Klepacki is currently free on $75,000 bond. His trial is scheduled for October. According to court documents, investigators believe Tudor is the one who shot Giesbrecht in the head. A witness told police that Giesbrecht was watching television when the two men began pounding on his door. It was kicked open when he reached it and he was shot instantly.
