INCA After Dark offers ‘Date Night’

Grab a date and get cooking.

INCA After Dark, which offers evening and weekend cooking classes taught by top regional chefs, is offering couples’ cooking classes this summer.

The “Date Night” series features one class per month on Fridays. Classes cost $75 per couple and run from 6 to 8 p.m. at 1810 N. Greene St., Building 1, Spokane Community College. They are:

• Friday, Artisan Pizza Making – Create artisan pizzas using local farmers market produce.

• July 18, Gourmet Grill Night – Create flavorful sauce combinations to take your barbecued burgers to the next level.

• Aug. 15, Wok Together – Make a stir-fry with fresh, local and healthy ingredients.
